What is Interdependence?
BiggsKofford operates with a unique organizational structure that is different from other CPA firms. Rather than operating as a group of partners each serving their own clients, BiggsKofford operates in a structure that we call “Interdependence”. This means that we work together as a team to serve each client’s needs. This creates benefits for our Clients, our Team, and our Firm.
For our Clients, Interdependence means getting access to the specialist you need, when you need them. You can have a great relationship with your tax CPA, who handles all your tax services annually. But if / when you need someone to assist with a large transaction or provide guidance on your reporting systems, you can get access to experts within the firm who specialize in those areas. You don’t need to rely on your tax CPA to be the “Jack of all trades”.
For our Team, Interdependence means building a career in a true team environment. At BiggsKofford, you can accelerate your responsibilities with client relationships, technical skills, and leadership. Our team is motivated to share client project opportunities and our team members are encouraged to develop their own technical specialties.
For our Firm, Interdependence means operating with greater efficiency. When clients are served by team members who are experts in their disciplines, projects are completed more timely and offer greater value. The byproduct is a more profitable and sustainable firm that can grow and offer future opportunities for clients and team members to succeed.
