We wanted to make you aware of a potential scam to businesses in Colorado. If you have a Corporation, LLC or other business (including LLCs for rental properties) registered in the State of Colorado, you may have received a letter asking for money to file your corporate report on your behalf.  This is a solicitation offering to file your corporate report for you for a fee.  The letter leads you to believe that the fee for your corporate report was increased to $225, however you can still file your corporate report online, as usual, for $10 at: www.sos.state.co.us
